Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

I purchased a sweater that came with the seam not sewn completely on the shoulder. I sent an email with pictures of the sweater requesting a refund and I would return the item (I did not receive a packing slip with the original package). This is their response - "Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused for you, if you return the item back to us, you need pay for the return shipping fee that more than the price you have paid would you mind give the item to your friend or relative as a gift or resell to someone, we can refund $5 to you and provide your next order 15% discount,ok? Have a nice day:) I responded - "This is not acceptable to me. If you are not going to refund me, I would like a replacement sent to me since the item received was damaged (not sewn together properly). I will return the item to you at your cost because the product was damaged (no fault of mine). I am unable to gift or sell an item that has a hole in the shoulder. Please provide me a return label and you can send an undamaged replacement once you receive my return." Again, their reply - "Hello, Really sorry ,if you keep them,we will refund you $6,is that ok? if not ,you need to pay for the returning shipping fee,it may not be cost-effective,because our warehouse is in China. Have a nice day. I have now replied again with a copy of their text from their website - 3. We are responsible for all following faulty items and shipping charges : a)Damaged item(zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference); I will await their reply and post accordingly.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! This company has been a nightmare from beginning to end. I fingered with the higher price point of the clothing that it would’ve been the quality that the pictures show... wrong. They make it impossible to return, and offer you some kind of BS amount...

LBDUK - Terrible Cust Service!!

I ordered a sweater (coat) in October... it’s April and I never received it. I have sent them many emails asking for a refund. They asked me to be patient and then sent me many emails to rate their company.

LBDUK - Customer Service staff are morons.

Placed an order and immediately realized I ordered an incorrect size. I immediately contacted customer service with my order number to ask to update my order with the correct size. They said they couldn't because the order had already shipped - in a matter of FIVE seconds. So if it shipped in 5 seconds why did it takes 3 weeks to arrive...just wondering...
